The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

Please post all of your benchmarks in this thread. I am sorry if there is a duplicate, however, I currently cannot locate a thread like this. So, let this be the official benchmark thread, where notebook users can compare their results and scores.

Moderators, please make this an official thread and sticky it to alleviate the other clotted threads like this taking up space on your servers.

There are hundred of threads like this if you can just click the "Search". And they die fast!

Well, it might be nice to have a single 3dmark06 thread - if you'd be willing to compile (sort) the results and put them in a list, this could be useful. Same goes for other benchmarks. But what would make a single thread useful is someone organizing them so all they benchmarks are in the same place (numerically). If you're willing to compile them like that, then I'd have to say this is a good idea.

wPrime, it should be noted, already has its own thread. But for general/graphics/HDD benchmarks, I'm not aware of a comprehensive comparison thread.

I've tried what you said half year ago Apollo, and Chaz threw my thread in to "The Mobile Graphics Card Info Page - Most GPU Qs answered".

Not a bad idea, but it will be tough to combine and compare so many different laptops as well as desktops. Not to mention the variety of benchmarking programs.
