I just want this thread be a discussion on BF3 and its sys reqs. My predictions:

    Minimum :

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz or AMD equivalent
NVidia GeForce 8800GT or ATi Radeon HD 4770
    2GB RAM
    Windows vista 32-bit

    Recommended :

    Intel i7 CPU
ATi Radeon HD 5770 or NVidia GTX 460
    4GB RAM
    Windows 7 64-bit

I think my laptop wil squeeze 30 FPS at 1080p with High textures, and res med-low.

    Your thoughts?

    I'll just post the recommended

    Any Quad
    4GB RAM
    The GPU is the hardest I am guessing a 460 1GB/ 6850
    10Gb Hard Drive
64 bit for sure since it has already been reported

    386 33Mhz
    20 MB RAM
    10+ MB of HDD space.

    J/K

I'm guessing something somewhere around what's already been suggested for the real thing.

I think OP hit the nail on the head, Shadowfate isn't the 6850 just a rebrand of a 5xxx model?

    @daranik

    no

The only rebrands are 57xx series to OEM which are turned to 67xx. So you can't buy a 67xx series unless you buy from OEM.(pre-builts)

If you build your own their are no rebrands for the 6xxx to 5xxx series

    My guess...
    • Three symmetrical cores running at 3.2 GHz each.
    • Two hardware threads per core; six hardware threads total.
    • ATI GPU with 500MHz processor or higher (equiv HD Radeon 1800)
    • 512 MB of GDDR3 RAM.
    • Support 48KHz 16-bit audio
    • Wi-Fi or Internet Access

    LOL.

I'm going to close this thread, it is speculation. Until there are some definitive statements from the company, just be patient.
