I havent seen anyone actually use the windows experience index as any sort of indication of the capabilities of their system. So I wanted to try and see if these scores correspond to our view of what we think these scores "should" be.
Afterall, for some people (not the people on this board obviously) it might be the only way to find out what they should upgrade, and how good their system is. I think we can all agree that the "base score" is a bogus standard which you cant go by, but if the subscores are somehow accurate then this is a nifty feature.
So, I'm pretty curious. If you dont mind, post your notebook's spec, if possible post your 3DMark score (I know this doesnt completely correspond to the experience index, just curious) and post all the subscores you get for your notebook.
SPEC: In my signature (HD: 5.400 rpm)

WEI isnt very accurate and shouldnt be used as a benchmark to compare with others.
Please continue on the official WEI score thread if you still wish too.
