I have a lenovo N200 0769a8u with the geforce go 7300 256MB. In order to make my WoW experience smoother, I overclocked my GPU to a diabolical 400MHz core, 650MHz Mem (350, 600 stock). In order to avoid destroying any chance of good battery life, I used the powermizer tool that came with the newest Dox driver. GPU-Z shows powermizer working fine, and that is the source of my problem. At the standard 2D clocks that it loves to run at, my GPU is too slow to keep vista happy, so anytime I do something it resumes the performance 3D clocks, killing battery life.

Is there any way to simply disable the standard 2D clock setting, or force a powermizer level when I'm on battery power?
