I know my laptop isnt a power house by today's standards but i was glad to see it can run ut2004 without a hitch.Smooth online and offline gaming bliss.Since that and ut2003 are the only online games i play im a happy camper.
Ive been playing also diablo2,dugeon siege,a few splinter cell games, fable, seriuos sam2,all running good on this laptop.not bad for a Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family. :D

UT2K4 is not only an awesome game, but the engine powering it (Unreal Engine 2.5) is a shining example of what engines should be.

Yes very true,ya know it almost seems like my networking on my laptop is better than my desktop. It seems like it just so much smoother, both are on same dsl line.
Anyway it's a cool game to play with a long life to boot. ;)

Anther thing i noticed also:at first my laptop had just 512megs ram running vista basic. Then i upgraded to 2gigs of crucail ram 1gig in each slot,so now iam running in duel channel mode, which really improved my laptop performance.
Im sure that boosted performance in games.... :D

That's not really all that surprising to me as my Acer aspire one plays UT04 pretty well too :)

I also play DeusEx, ghost recon, postal2, trials2, and trackmania united on it. I still wish this thing had transform and lighting support though.

You should be able to play CS: S with integrated Intel graphics. I have an Acer with a Pentium Dual-Core and a 4500MHD graphics chip and it runs it on high settings at 1024x768, no problem.

Where did you get the driver update from, JVlichael? I got mine from Intel.com.
