This game plays super nice in my dell 9400 on 1920X1200 max settings, but when hooking my notebook to my benq dv3740 37" through DVI-DVI, the game slows down a LOT when playing on 1360X768 max settings... I play cod2, far cry, NFSMW 1360X768 and almost on highest settings on this 37" screen, and they all play fine with no slowdowns, except Pro Evolution Soccer 6 where it slows down alot even if I change the resolution to 1024X768 on mid settings.. I'd have to lower it to 800X600 mid settings for it to run smoothly, but it looks horrible.

The funny thing is, when I run Fraps ( Version 2.8.2 ) I get 60FPS all the time even when the game slows down for some reason..
I tried these video drivers with no luck sofar:
    -LaptopVideo2GO 9744
    -stock dell drivers
    -XTreme G mobile force 94.20

Could be the game is not configured to run at 1360 x 768?

Try turning the res down ;) FYI, the max native res as you know is 1280x800. Sure you can run it higher as its been abandoned by Konami concentrating on the 360 :)mad :), still uses the PES 5 engine and runs low on the GMA950 but Konami do not care about PC players

There is another solution that worked for me, but that is a no-no ;)

But I play the game on my laptop's screen on 1920X1200 with highest settings and no slowdowns at all..

It's just weird that other games ( that I think are more demanding than pro evolution soccer 6 ) play just fine on the benq 37" screen on 1360X768, like COD2, FarCry, NFSMW on almost highest settings..

This HDTV has some issues with accepting high resolutions through DVI, for example I can only select 800X600, 1024X768, 1360X768 eventhough it's capabable of 1080P, but only through component not dvi... and If I change the resolution of the hdtv to something like 1080i, or 720P, I'd get a virtual desktop scrolling.. I'm searching for the right timing for this HDTV for 720P & 1080i resolutions atm.

I changed the resolution to 1024X768, played the game on high & mid settings with some slowdowns, which is not acceptable at all when playing this game, I'd have to play the game on 800X600 for it to play smoothly, and the game looks horrible @ that resolution, I'm trying to find out which software is causing the game to behave this way, since more demanding games run fine on higher resolutions...
