    Hi Everyone

Recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop with the following specs: Intel T7300 processor, 2GB ram, Geforce 8600M GT graphics card, WXGA+ (1440x900) running on Windows Vista Home Premium.

When I run Pro Evolution Soccer 6 on the laptop, I experience horizontal tearing accross the screen. I understand this is a common issue from what I've read in other PES6 centric forums. In Xp, this would be solved by forcing on v-sync. However, it appears that Vista ignores v-sync even though you force it on under Nvidia's 3D settings.

I've downloaded and installed updated Nvidia drivers (version 162.22 from www.laptopvideo2go.com) but that didn't help.

Is anyone here aware of a fix for this?

    Cheers

    Alvin
