while browsing binsearch.info found this demo. will install here in a bit and tell u how the game is. I'm kinda excited, cuz i really enjoy playing pes6.
edit: well, the demo only has exhibition matches. u can choose from 5-6 countries. graphics are decent enough, but i was really expecting a little bit more from it. well, at least it has wide screen support and valid aspect ratios. the game play is as good as in any other pes game.

This game is too heavy! On my (old)atlon xp 2600+ 2gb ram and 7600gt i must set resolution 1024x768, mid quality and sometimes fps drops down...consider that pes 6 goes at 1280x1024 AA4x high quality...sure my pc sucks but i think demo is not so optimized...
I'm very curious to see how it runs on new notebook... -
runs on high settings on my 8600. even tho, like in previous versions, i can see picture tearing....gotta turn the v-sync on, i guess.

fifa 08 runs at a very high resloution 1680 X 1050
-
how's the new 08 fifa, by the way? graphics? game play?
-
I got fifa 08 to run at 1920x1200 with high graphics settings. Very nice. Gameplay is very smooth. Much better than 07 or champion's league. Also fixed lots of the old bugs. But don't expect the same game as the next-gen console versions. I think they're starting to really go that extra mile with sports games this year on those machines. I wasn't able to get the same ProCam view I saw in all the online videos and the gameplay doesn't look as good. Maybe I'm just missing something though... I was going to be the first to buy the PC version when it came out but now I'm thinking I'll wait till I have enough to get a PS3.
