    just finished downloading red faction, ufff. And when i sign in to my xbox live account and enter the cd key it says this

    and when i click on the "network status" it says this

    any suggestion or idea????? this is killing me!!!!

    your firewall is most likely the issue... turn windows firewall or whatever your using off or allow all incomming connections for the thing in settings and that should fix your problem.
