    This is my problem:

Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 197.16 stopped responding and has successfully recovered

I've also had a BSOD with nvlddmkm.sys but only once.

I've tried looking online, but could not find anything to help me.
Please help me find any reason to find my GPU is not dieing. I'm about to finish paying off my laptop from a 2 year no interest financing.

"The driver stopped responding" error is usually associated with overclocking, it happens to my 9800M too if I set my core clock over 600, no matter what driver I use.

There is no need to panic, lowering your clock speed should resolve your problem.
