When i play call of duty 2 i can't get better. If i'm hurt i can hear it, but i can't see the red blood on the screen and i won't get better. What could be the problem and more important how can i play the game correctly? (i tried all difficulties in the game: easy, medium, etc) With my desktop the game runs correctly but not with my notebook. see specs of notebook below..

    nvidia go 7900gtx 256MB
    intel core duo T2400 1.83Ghz
    2GB ddr2 667Mhz ram
    80GB 5400rpm harddisk.

whoa thats weird, maybe you were doing something else while installing the game and the game didnt install right? Try reinstalling. It worked with hitman:blood money when i got an error starting the game.

Well if it wasnt for the fact that you said you tried all the difficulties I would say you had the difficulty on veteran because in cod1 (I havent played that diff on 2) there werent any health pack so you had to go through a whole misson on one health bar. I had wondered how vet worked in 2 and mby it just doent heal and they removed the blood because it would get terribly annoying after a while.
BUT......since you tried the diff settings that whole ramble was irrelevant.
Have you tried installing the 1.3 patch yet?

The thing is that if it unfixable it has to be a problem with his copy of the game because mine works fine-in which case it is activision's problem.
