After I did a clean install of Vista 64 and installed/updated the laptop back to normal, every time I log on my laptop I get a warning it reads as followed.

    -------------------------------------------------------------
    WARNING
The Catalyst Control Center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics adapter. Please update your ATI graphics driver, or enable your ATI adapter using the Displays Manager.
    -------------------------------------------------------------

The problem with this is my ATI graphics driver says it's up to date... Any ideas?

When you installed a presumably modified ATI driver, did you actually check the log at the end of the installation to check that the installation of the driver itself was successful? Chances the driver installation failed while the CCC installation was successful as it almost always is (piece of crap...), and now it's complaining about the driver version.
