    Hi guys

    I have a weird problem with my 650M-Card on my new Samsung series 7 notebook.
    This is what happens:

    When on full load, the GPU regularly drops down to 30-40% GPU-load, without any reason.
    These drop-downs have nothing to do with loading or something.

    look at this screenshot (unigin heaven 3.0 benchmark):

    I just let the camera stay in this position and you can see the dropdowns on the right.
    In games you regularly have fps-dropdowns...

    does anyone know what to do? driver-issue or something?
    This has 100% nothing to do with temperature because as you can see 77°C is relatively low, I easily got 86°C without throttling etc..

    this really disturbs me

    please help :(
