Acer may or may not lock the graphics card clocks.

IrugaZ, Acer does indeed lock the clocks of your system.
    You have two choices:
    1. Use RivaTuner to delink the core and shader clocks, and overclock your shaders only. That's what I've done, and it's made about a 300-point difference in 3DMark06.
    2. Download and install the 169.04 driver set. For some reason, this is the only one that allows core and memory overclocking even on locked cards. Matmat07's done this, and he's in the 4000s on 3DMark06, but your mileage may vary.

SAD..Its not working.. krusha's suggestion not working. i only can OC the shader.

seems doent work.. the krusha03 suggestion :(

We should OC which things to get best effect. Like Clock Speed, Shader , Or memory?

It depends on the game. Some games benefit more from higher memory bandwidth, others benefit more from processing power (core). Note that overclocking the core will raise temperatures faster than overclocking the memory, so be careful and always watch your temperatures.

I suggest starting with the core.
