Hello, yesterday i bought a laptop - MSI VR630 with AMD Turion X2 QL-62@2Ghz, 3GB Ram and integrated 9100M G 512MB 128bit.The problem is that the laptop is showing very low performance.I've tried Far Cry 2, everything on low, 800x600 resolution and the fps is around 20.I've seen many videos in utube, that hd3200(which is slower) is showing better performance and people are playing in medium-high at 1280x720 with better fps.And that's not only in that game - i've tried prototype(10fps, everything on low, 800x600), gta 4(20-25fps, everything low, 800x600), street fighter 4(40fps, low, 1280x720).Tried in WinXP and Win7 - Win7 is showing better results. My drivers are DOX's optimised drivers 185.85.In nvidia controll panel i've set everything to performance. My card should be better than hd3200, even 8400m gs, but why is showing such a bad results. What should i do ?Should i install something ?I dont wanna play the newest games in more than low.
Please, help me !
P.S.Sorry for my bad english, i'm from Bulgaria.

can you try some other drivers, also a bios update?
Is the notebook plugged into the wall (on AC power)?
how's the black sea ATM -
Your laptop is not for such demanding games. NVIDIA GeForce 9100M G is
a DirectX 10 capable onboard (shared memory) graphics adapter (or mGPU =
motherboard GPU) for laptops. The core is based on the 9200M GS but
without dedicated memory. Compared to the old 8400M G, the performance
of the 9100M G is nearly equal. Modern DirectX 10 games will run only in low
details and resolutions (if fluent). Older DirectX 9 games, like HalfLife 2 or Far
Cry run fluently in medium details. -

change to a 4gb dual channel ram setup and you will get some better performence.
you could also try overclocking. -
I've updated my bios and changed drivers to newest from nvidia's site and there is no change.See this video

or

The guy from the first video has slower laptop than mine and its playing in higher settings. And how to share more video ram ?In bios there isn't such a option.
@moral hazard, our sea is very beautiful, you should come see it
Edit:Now i saw that the video is 256mb, how to share more ?And why in first field it says 450 Core Clock and in 2nd its 169?

You have a 64 bit bus width and 16 shaders.
I'd be happy with what you are pulling now. -

What about this ? -
Basically it's a crap laptop. Return it or sell it and get another one. MSI makes good gaming laptops which u could get at a higher price but are worth the cash. Your current one is literally useless. Even my 7 month old laptop can beat this.
-
I know it's a crap, but i don't have money for better.I took this for 600 leva(300 euro) and i wanna use his maximum performance.
-
You are using it at it's maximum performance, every time you load up windows and open a browser.
-
You should got a laptop with a HD3200 IGP instead they are very easy to find its much better than that card you have now
-
integrated is not better than a seperated video card in your laptop. slower performance
-
I've changed something in nvidia control panel and now far cry 2 is running in high settings and some very high at about 15fps except for shadows which are off and resolution is now 1088x612.Bioshock is also running at high settings and Crysis at low-medium.
Problem with my new laptop
