My laptop is An Acer Aspire 5570z, and much to my dismay i have found out my video card (Intel GMA 950) cant be upgraded, so i am wondering if there is any possible way that i will be able to run as an example, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, while still being stuck with this vid card?

Only if its ok with you to turn off every extra graphics setting, running the game at its lowest possible resolution and detail level and if you can play with a max FPS around 5-10.... then yeah its possible...

Integrated video cards won't work smoothly with COD:MW2. You can try to adjust everything to the lowest setting, including the resolution. It might look "crappy", but you might get at least 25 fps with your setup at those settings.

Its very simple the GMA950 is far too weak to play MW2 even if it does run the game will lag a lot even on the lowest settings just forget about it running MW2

IGPs are not meant for gaming

    yes.
But you have to also use an external screen unless you buy a very good capture card.
And you have to power the thing with a power adapter or a PSU.

So you lose the portability. But you should get some really good performence.
