    Problems enter p0 p-state in GTX680M

    I am totally stumped on this, it just shifts between P5 and P8, and forcing it to P0 doesn't work, inspector and thermspy can detect P0 but can't see clocks nor apply it.

    PCI-e stuck between 1.1 and 2.0.

    I tried reinstalling OS, reinstalling drivers, it's just not working out at all.

    Where/when do you monitor the P-states? During gaming I'm assuming? It will only enter P0 if it's loaded enough to enter that state.
