How can I imporve my graphic card? Is this a common problem??
-
Doesn't look healthy. It could be caused by a defective card.
But just in case: Have tried updating your graphic driver and DirectX? -
Best screenshot of the day. hahaha
Sorry but i just had to comment on that, and sadly i dont think i know any fix for it.
The Sims 3 should work on newer GPUs like the AMD Radeon HD 6630.
Do like powerfull499 suggested and try out a newer driver like AMD Catalyst 11.10 for Windows Vista and 7.

64 bit Windows.
And here you can grab the latest DirectX revision for Windows.
