I'm not sure why it keeps doing this. I think it is the drivers, but I don't know how to install new drivers and which drivers to install, as it seems it is hard to find drivers for this card in Vista.
Please help!
Thanks

The drivers are available directly from Lenovo's website just click on support, and eventually you'll get to your machine type and the drivers are clearly marked for Vista.

Have you seen the thinkpad sticky under the Lenovo forum I believe it can point you to an alternate source for modded drivers for your card.

I had a problem with mine giving blue screens at random.
I did NOT install Lenovo's drivers again.
I ran windows update, and believe it or not the drivers window's update had worked. Even though their date was older than what lenovo had.
I also tried some modded drivers from laptop to go, but didn't see any performance difference so I stuck with the official drivers. -
I've had luck using the latest 169.04 driver from http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=15825
