How do you destroy those towers that shoot lasers? You could probably do it by simply attacking it but it keeps killing me. Any specific method?

Level up a bit more with more items, then try again. Or go with a full wave and with some allies.

Some of the demi's have skills to attack buildings which include towers. Clearing these early to get your minions further up the field is crucial to success. This moves the battle line forward onto enemy territory where further buildings take damage.

Am I supposed to be able to control those allies? Because when I click on them nothing happens, they seem to be computer controlled.

That's because they are computer controlled. Read the manual, it states things pretty blatantly there.

Just wait for the computer allies, or "waves" as most would call them, to take the damage while you kill the tower.

Lol thats a big problem with the game right now. Most people playing it, didnt even buy it.

And thats the reason why we keep getting pass me overs from consoles.

Not saying that you shouldnt "borrow" it, but if you like it, buy it :D

I like to go for a demigod with a decent ranged attack, and you can kill the tower without being hit by the lasers.... does take a fair bit of mana though.

My problem is winning a battle against another demigod... that's where I struggle.

And, I'd agree, if you like the game, buy it! That's the only way our hobby with survive!

I have been using the rook lately. It has a building transfer skill where you leech life from a building and then attack it. when the skill gets to a high level you can be killing buildings while being attacked by everything on the board and not die. The downside about being the team tower clearer is that you get little experience from it (as compared to killing minions) so it makes for slower leveling.
