I have the ATI X1400 and when i go to system requirements lab and it says i only have 131 MBs of memory on it. I know that it takes half of its memory from my RAM but shouldnet it show that i have 256 MBs of memory on my card?

It only takes as much memory is needed to do the current job at hand. No more, no less. So 131MB doesn't really sound bad at all.
