I am in the process of buying a laptop for the first time and it is not fun. I am going in circles regarding graphics cards. It seems that my perfect laptop can't be found. My question is about what graphics cards are better and if it makes a difference when combined with other factors like processor, memory, GHz, etc. Two of the laptops I am looking at are HPs.
    HP Pavilion 17z Touch
    AMD Quad-Core A8-6410 Processor + 2GB AMD Radeon™ R7 M260 Graphics
    17.3-inch diagonal HD+ WLED-backlit Display (1600x900) Touchscreen

HP Pavilion - 15z Beats Special Edition Touch
    AMD Quad-Core A8-5545M Processor +2GB AMD Radeon™ HD 8510G Graphics
15.6-inch diagonal Full HD WLED-backlit Display (1920x1080) Touchscreen

A few of the laptops I looked at I liked all the specs except for the graphics they use Intel HD 4400 or 4600 but have i7 Is the Intel HD 4400 and 4600 comparable to the AMD Radeon? The AMD Radeon says they are dedicated graphics while the Intel HD say are integrated and I couldn't find the graphics memory info. I really appreciate everyone's help and time and input with this.Thank you very much.

If you are buing laptop first time like you said. For my opinion dont go with HP. I did and my experiences of HP's laptop are: it might work well from purchase day couple months or half year, but what problems I faced with HP was overheating, it feels like it can never breath + disassembling is hard (if you clean it from dust by yourself) BUUUUUT if you really like HP or have heard only good from it then you should go with HP.
And the way how hp has attached the lid is weak.

For my advice is try to find laptop which is in sale. unless you have money to burn. and little tip for you is type in google two graphics card and you will get good answer which one of them is better. example 7730m vs 680m. same with processors.
And go with 1920x1080 if you can find one.
I have Asus N56DP which has been with me more than 1 year now and its working like charm with SSD. And cleaning from dust it was just few steps and pam temp doesnt get high anymore.
