    I´ve kind of a crappy IGP so I only play when plugged in to AC so question is will turning powermizer off give me any improvements in 3D performance while playing games in AC mode? Cheers!

    Not at all, sorry, Powermizer gives you the full power of your gfx card when in any 3D app (if you have functional drivers).

    unless u use vista .. then sometimes it just chooses to downclock ur gpu in the middle of gaming on battery .. search the forum for powermizer switch .. might be of help to you
