Just wanted to Let you konw that there is a an open beta of RUSE available at Steam. http://store.steampowered.com/app/33310/ It is a pretty neat RTS. For those of you who have played it, what do you think so far.

I still don't have interest in the game.

But watch the intro to open beta video and the improvements. This game studio is going beyond and above and carefully making decisions what improvements to make in order to keep their vision.

I think this is great. Too often developers like Blizzard ignore their millions of users because of their own personal vision of the game. I think companies like Blizzard forget, the game is for the players not for themselves.

Ruse seems like a great game. His reasons for not integrating certain requests make complete sense. The is on a macro scale so any really detailed, micro controls would go against this vision, agreeable. But all the other requests pertaining to this vision were added. Good balance.

If you have interest in this game, looks like you will have great interaction with the development team and excellent support.

looks great for a RTS but if it has the crap DRM forget it... I just hope the next brothers in arms game doesn't have the bloody DRM... it would ruin the excellent game...
