I don't know how people with 667mhz RAM get anything above a 4.8 windows experience index thing. Why is my RAM bottlenecking my overall 4.8? How do I improve this? I use CCleaner often...

I think Vista's experience rating is crap. my desktop's DDR rates at 5.6. Use a real benchmark

WEI = inaccurate.

It's funny, that's about the only area where AMD comes out on top with it's on die memory controller. Any Amd dual core with 2 sticks of ram scores 5.9 in WEI

yeah dont listen to the windows tool. IT LIES!!!!!

Nope. It is not a bottleneck, maybe it is for the Windows Experience software but not in the real life applications.
Edit: Actually the real bottleneck will be the 8700m GT. But it is not now a bottleneck, it will be in the fueture for games.
