Does anyone know any rpgs similar to fable or oblivion?
I am currently playing dragon age, and i dont like the multiple character aspect of it. I prefer a single character to control and real time combat (like fable, not point and click.) if anyone knows what i mean lol.
I have fallout 3 and borderlands, but i dont want another rpgfps, more of a medieval setting.

Try out Devil May Cry 4. It's more action than RPG, but it's definitely worth playing.

Umm... Might & Magic series? Not quite "single-character", but it plays as though you had a single character...

    With 4 hands...

Nope, Fable is more Oblivion like, except it's much more lighthearted. There's actually barely any dungeon crawling in the game :p

I just finished a game called Avencast: Rise of the Mage and it was pretty decent. Playing Arx Fatalis currently and it too is good - very much like Morrowind/Oblivion/etc.

Now if only I could get my laptop to run Fallout 3. Sigh.

Never heard of either Avencast or Arx Fatalis.. older titles? I'll have to look into it.

Aye, older games. Arx Fatalis is circa 2002 - GOG has it for $5 or so. Avencast is from 2007.

Remove all of your old Oblivion mods, and put in different ones. Repeat as necessary.

If you are fiending for an open world RPG in a medieval fantasy setting, you could try Two Worlds. I haven't played it, but I've heard mixed reviews, most leaning toward negative.
