Why you can get the 13.9 legacy ?
Legacy -
I just can't. Like i wrote before i just get black screen, nothing more.
Some time ago i used mobility modder but at this moment i dont know what driver should i mod with it. -
I have the Mobility HD3650 in my laptop, and I am running Catalyst 13.9. You should not be using any modded drivers. Modded drivers were done because a long time ago, AMD/ATI did not release mobile drivers themselves. The problem might be that you have too much driver garbage on your computer. Use a tool to get rid of absolutely everything on your computer related to AMD/ATI. Then go to AMD's website and either download the driver itself, or download their driver update utility to do it for you. Both have 100% worked for me.

So after looking into it, it looks like your computer has dual switching GPU's. There is the HD 3200 IGP and then there is the HD 3650 discrete GPU. My Lenovo is similar, but with the IGP being from Intel. The way I installed the graphics was to to download the GPU switching drivers from Lenovo and install those, which used an older version of the AMD driver (13.6 I believe). Then, with the GPU set to the HD 3650, I ran the AMD driver update tool, which installed the latest Catalyst 13.9.
Edit: Check out this thread: http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus-reviews-owners-lounges/284429-asus-m51ta-owners-lounge.html It seems that someone made a tool that allows updating the video driver.
Also make sure that you have the latest BIOS.Meaker likes this. -
I have old BIOS, and i cant find that tool to update soft .

Okey I will update bios, and then i will try normal drivers from ATI website. If this will not work i dont know what then, should i disable 3200 graphic? should i install modded drivers? Why this is so hard?
-
because of the dual graphics units, anyway, disable the hd3200 from the bios, installa UNMODDED drivers 13.9 then reboot and reactivate the IGP
-
Ehh i used the instruction from asus and i cant update BIOS... Like asus said i use winflash app but when i run it i got ,,onboard bios not award bios'' ?
-
Ehh i found out that i had newest BIOS installed, so its not the problem.
I cant turn off 3200 in BIOS, there is not option for it.
So now im in place where i was at start, I will try with disabled 3200 in device menager and see what happens -

Now im on win 7 x64 catalyst 13.9 installed -> 3650 disabled so im working on 3200.

My elitebook 8530p with same gfx runs catalyst 13.9 modded with mobility modder. Works like a charm.
