    Rage is suffering from 10-20 second pauses, any adive?

    I just got rage. Playin it on a laptop with a turion II 2.3ghz, 4gb RAM, and a 1gb Radeon HD4650. No AA, 1280x720, texture cache small. Frame rate lookin between 20 and 30.

    Every 30 seconds the game pauses for around 10-20 seconds. Always, even during cut scenes. The game runs fine otherwise, but the pauses are frequent and long enough to make the game obnoxiously unplayable. I know it's not my specs. Is there a fix for this?

    Install 11.11b Performance drivers. Has a lot of fixes for single GPU for Rage.

    I have the latest AMD 11.11 drivers. Are you talking about a different version (b Performance)?
