Someone here that has tested out Rainbow six:vegas on x1800.

In that case what fps were you having and options?

    low-medium-high?

Rainbow six:vegas is a pretty demanding game wich pulls out the power from your lappy. :(

I might be getting an xi 1546 if i get the right feedback its all upp to you guys.

    Thank you!

I just got finished playing some coop on R6 vegas on my X1600 laptop about 20 minutes ago.

I run 800x600 at maximum settings in game, and while it's not perfect, it is playable. Feels like around 20-25 fps average. and 60+FPS with heat vision.

Also I am running under vista premium. So I can't see why an X1800 wouldn't play it. I would expect it to play alot better than my system too.

According to your x1600 performances,I think he will be able to play on low settigns on 1024*768.Also,quantity of RAM memory is imortant.1GB is minimum for playing.
