    Really bad performace in Prototype?

    When I run Prototype, no matter what setting(low medium or high), I get areally low FPS(15~), but my system should be able to run it?
    can you guys help me with this issue?

    That specs should be able to run Prototype on Ultra high or something o_O Not exactly sure why it will cause lag to you. Make sure AA is off and your drivers are up to date? Check GPU temps to make sure they're not overheating and downclocking themselves. Try using single GPU instead of crossfire (Disable crossfire). Make sure the game is patched up to date.

    thanks for the reply, but someone just told me what was wrong

    it has to do with HID, I needed to disable the ones i am not using
    it's back to full speed on ultra just like you said :)

    Human interface devices in device driver.

    Things like extra hotkeys on keyboards, for example.

    Yup just disable some of those extra HID's and you'll get better frames.

    Strange bug but I had it too actully, just been so long since I played that I forgot.

    For me when I have a HID issue it was usually my keyboard as it doubled as a programmable keypad device.
