Was sold at "capital ship combat" by the makers of Torchlight.

Hopefully it's finally a game that can measure up to Nexus: The Jupiter Incident.

This looks fantastic! Great fun! I'm ok with 4x type games, but this one looks like it has attitude and a personal feel to it. I hope it turns out like it sounds.

This game is just screaming for an Ender's game mod. :) That is if they offer fighter ships that support your main ship. Considering they house hundreds if not thousands of crew, I don't see why not.

I'll be watching that one closely.

Let's hope it isn't developed as a console game.
The screenshots use console controller... not a good sign.

However, if it is dumbed-down to the level of console games, (/faceroll, you cannot possibly lose mechanics) it will be a crying shame.

If developed as a PC game then dumbed down for console, it will be amazing.

It's being developed for both PS4 and PC and will be released on both platforms simultaneously. Whether that makes it "dumbed down for a console" in your mind is a pretty arbitrary subjective judgment.

We've already determined that you aren't currently able to tell either way. We will talk about it in 10 or so years when you are ready. :)

It all comes down to controls and whether or not it will have advantages and added complexity on the PC.

And straight to the ad hominems! Wow.

I'm a 33-year-old father of two, and I game on both PCs and consoles and have enjoyed both for decades. If you think that you're more mature because of some "PC master race" bull, spare me.

PC master race has nothing to do with age. PC just *IS* the master race... 'nuf said.

I just think it's total bull to receive personal insults ("We've already determined that you aren't currently able to tell either way. We will talk about it in 10 or so years when you are ready") for saying that Rebel Galaxy is being developed concurrently for PS4 and PC when that's the truth. It's neither a console game being ported to PC nor a PC game being ported to console.
