Ok, I'm running a 1.8 processer, 2gigs of ram. graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon X1800. Windows Vista

The problem occurs in FFXI and WoW. I don't really play anything else on my laptop though. I see chunks of graphic extend forever outwards, and also flashing graphics over everything after playing for like 5-10 minutes. I just got done doing a system restore cuz I was having other problems and this is the only problem that didn't fix when it was done. Any help?

May be overheating. Check your temperatures and clean your laptop out.

I would suggest that you be careful how you clean out you laptop. Caned air is great, but make sure not to aim it at the fans, it can cause them to spin to fast and break the motors. Just an FYI. But this is most likely not a driver issue, sounds like there is perhaps a physical defect with your card, or it could be overheating as said already.
