The Total War Series. Rome and Medieval 2 might be a tad rough on your computer, but the rest should run fine.

Considering that's an integrated card, WIC seems like.... :D

Star wars empire at war is loads of fun, its not a perfect RTS, and the land battles get stale quick, but the space battles are awesome, plus there are some great 3rd party mods floating around. It should run okay on your system, it ran lowest settings on an ancient p3 notebook with a radeon 7k 32mb chip, and on low res/ highish setting with a mobile x300, and pretty much maxed out with a GF GO 7400

Theres also a demo if you want a test drive

Ground control 1 and 2 should be okay. I used to play them with my old Samsung P28 that had an integrated ATi 9000 gpu.

Age of Mythology + The Titans Expansion. Very nice game. It's like an Age of Empire but with mythical units.

Sins of a Solar Empire, Supreme Commander (or Total Annihialtion + expansions (not Kingdoms) if your system can't run SupCom on low). Of course the classics, C&C, Total War, Empire Earth (especially if you like AoE), Rise of Nations... and maybe tycoon/sim games, Railroad Tycoon II, Sid Meir's Railroads, SimCity...and yeah, turn based, Civilzation, GalCiv. Then there are the quirky fun ones like Political Machine...
