I wanna upload some gameplay vids to youtube but not sure which software is good. Fraps lags the game too much and it needs 60 fps constantly while recording.

Fraps is probably your best bet. You should try to overclock a little more, or turn settings down a little, or shut off background servicies and programs if you want to compensate for the fraps drag.

Any other alternatives? This is a game that needs 60 fps to run the way its supposed to. Fraps drops it to like 40 fps while recording.

Thats an awefully large jump. Check the FRAPS recording settings to make sure it's not forcing a 40fps recording rate(fraps does this in order to keep the size of the file small).

You could also turn off audio recording, and capture it externally or post recording. That could reduce the stress. Not to mention, reducing resolution of the recording or other settings like that.

Otherwise, the only zero-resource solution is an external cam.

I record @ 30fps with fraps so it will drop the game to 30fps but as long as it holds @ 30 its not bad.
