When playing Red Alert 3 i get a video problem where the screen turns to static like a tv with no signal, i can still make out the game but barely. This only happens when i play Red Alert 3. I thought my laptop would run the game no problem, its a Dell Inspiron 1720. Anyone else experience this problem or have any ideas on how i can fix it?
