    Hmmm, good question. Can legit CD keys be sold? I guess with all the used game sales on Amazon and eBay it should be.

    CD-Keys and other intangible items cannot be sold on NBR (see BST rules).

    I suggest that you verify with the maker of the game that the other cd-key isn't used for anything(like online play/some type of drm/etc).
