Hey everyone. Whenever I play resident evil 2 on my pc the intro's (This game contains blood and yadayada) Its really laggy. The gameplay is smooth but like the title screens and everything are REALLY laggy. Re3 works fine for me but re2's title screens are laggy as hell. Is there a solution to this? I made it run in compatabilty with windows 98 but that didnt do anything.

RE2 was from a time when videogames were sort of piecemealed together on PC's, before the time of the using only the standard DX libraries.

On top of that it was a very, very poor port.

Other then googleing for know issues and possible fixes; I'd recommend the suggestion above. Buy a PS1 copy from ebay cheap and run in emulation.
