Just started playing I have played lot of games on my G73 but Rift tends to kick the fans up allot along with the temp. Has anyone else seen this.

its fairly demanding, im playing it on my M17x on ultra settings with shadows off, using the AMD pre-release 11.4 drivers and getting a consistent 60fps, but my fans are on most of the time, i haven't noticed any real increase from other games in temps though, but it doesn't surprise me.

^^^ the fans are always on when you game on an M17x lol. Anyways , it seems to be a bit challenging to run from what i'm hearing. I wouldn't worry too much as long as your temps are under 85C.
