Does it unlock the overclocking for the 16X.XX drivers?

The issue is not the drivers, it's the fact that Rivatuner does not provide (official) support for mobile cards, and the creator is less than happy with those who try to ask for such help on the Rivatuner forums. The 16x.xx drivers certainly do allow software overclocking (as I've done it myself, and seen it done) however Rivatuner seems to have issues with certain combinations of mobile cards and modified drivers, possibly due to the change in how Rivatuner handle's OC'ing in recent versions.
