It already support mobile long time ago.
I tried the previous version(2.24), and it works with my laptop too.
This is the newer version, I am sure it is mobile supported.

I wonder how it handles Dox 185.85.

Incompatibility with that specific driver was the main reason I dropped RivaTuner and started with nTools.

EDIT: Looks like I still can't overclock with 2.24B.

I think DOX is not official driver or maybe Rivatuner doesn't have DOX data base, that's why it can't work together with Rivatuner.
Well, Nvidia System Tools - nTune is better than Rivatuner for Nvidia hardware. Moreover, it is safer.
However, Rivatuner seems to have more functions. Therefore, a lot of users are using Rivatuner, especially ATi users. CCC seems can't overclock a lot(about 10-15% is the maximum). Rivatuner can do more.

Nice! But, will this support 186.03? Because now I have to force it, and I don't like doing that..

    So, will it?

I am not sure because I doesn't use official WHQL 186.03 forceware anymore.
In addition, DOX 185.85 doesn't support Rivatuner too.
If you don't like to "force it", then, just use Nvidia System Tools(nTune). It is safer and "official" compared to Rivatuner.
My opinion is that it doesn't matter which overclock software you're using, as long as they're harmless and giving same performance or stability.
Personally, I think Rivatuner is more suitable for "other" GPU brands such as ATi, MSI, EVGA and so on. Especially ATi, their CCC overclocking function is awful, with Rivatuner, they can actually do more.

Lastly, I am not Rivatuner mania, so, I couldn't answer you the exact or correct answer. Sorry.
