This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I can OC or DC 2d, low 3d, but I can only DC 3d perf driver-level. Even if I try to downclock it and then overclock it back to normal it doesn't work. Even the default button cannot set it back. Only a reboot will. So what can I do?
