Does anybody know how I can get that game running in windowed mode?

The game itself is awesome - never had so much fun in a racing game =>

I'm talking about the Windows 95 version which needs DirectX 2.0 to run. :D.

Alt+Enter didn't work, shortcut -window didn't work, no configuration files to edit

I take it that you only want to make it smaller, so that the graphics would be much neater. Try messing around with the 'SCALING' options in your nVidia or ATI control panel.

Wow... today seems like a blast from the past day...

First the Adventure Games thread and then the Carmageddon 2 thread...

I loved this game when it came out. wish someone would make another. Closest you can get to it that I know of is Burn Out.

    Isnt it -windowed ?

There might be a different switch/attribute you put into the shortcut box. Have a look into it.

Oh and roadrash 64 is one of the best racing games, along with carmaggedon.

Its fun shoving weapons on peoples front spokes. Watching them fly off and all...
