    Nope, its just a lot of WOW clones out there. The reason for that is simply because WOW is a very successful MMORPG, so people try to copy it to earn money. Runes of Magic uses the same interface as WOW and many of the same skills and classes.

    There r tons of other MMORPGS just like that.
