When I am playing World of Warcraft and I enter any large city, I am experiencing a lot of lag. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i could immprove this. Has any anyone experienced this also? Thanks

It could be your connection, or the graphics settings for WOW, it might not be able to run WOW smoothly on the settings that your currently using. Try putting the graphics settings down to low or medium. If that doesn't help... try your lappy out somewhere out and see if its your connection or not. Also make sure your not running any virus scanning software or any other powersucking apps while playing. And If you have the funds upgrade RAM if you have 512RAM or less.

^yep more RAM'll do ya good. Movied from 512MB to 1GB and it runs a lot smoother, when im runnin' around in the main cities.

The big cities are sometimes kind of a combination. The server has to send you pretty much everything the people are doing. If you have 60 people and have a slower connection, that will cause lag. It can also be RAM depending on the amount of RAM in your computer. I am running WoW on the highest settings with AA and everythign and I still get above 65 FPS...I do drop to about 30 or so when I am in a big city, and will see momentary lag (just enough to notice). :D
