I'm split between which of the two sager notebooks to buy
the NP 9260 vs NP 5790
-the NP 9260 is more expansive but offers faster RAM 800mhz vs the NP 5790 (667mhz) and has a faster CPU FSB (1066mhz vs 800mhz)
So what I want to know is that does the 800mhz faster RAM and the 1066MHZ FSB does it justifies the extra cost?
also does the 5790 carry an interchangeable MXM videocard? becuase on the configuration page it listed the go 7950 as pci express 16x
My final question is that the NP5790, is it also based off of the clevo 901c? and If so does this mean that any future GPU that can be upgraded into the NP 9260 should also fit into the NP 5790?

The Sager NP9260 is a rebranded Clevo d900c which used desktop processors and SLI(DUAL) 7950GTX and has 3 hard drivers. Its one of the most powerful gaming notebook you can buy.
The Sager NP5790 is a rebranded Clevo 570ru which uses notebook processor(Santa Rosa) and has ONE 7950GTX. Its a "mobile" gaming powerhouse and has nice features for its pricetag.
So the NP9260 is a better choice if you are really interested in gaming and dont mind leaving it on your desk( it weights 12lbs i think).
Both the Clevo/Sager have MXM(Nvidia standardizing video cards that allow upgrades) video cards should be able to accept the 8700m or 8800m but it hasent been confirmed/tested(they currently ship with the 7950gtx that peforms better then the 8700m GT). -
so a 8800M that might fit into the 9260 might not do so for the 5790m also does the extra speed in FSB and RAM mean a much greater leap in performance?

well if they put two 8800m in the Clevo D900c they should be able to get 1 in the Clevo 570ru unless heat/power is a problem since they both use "MXM-IV". So they have a good chance for upgradeable graphics but its speculation for now untill we get some official work from nvidia(releasing the 8700m/8800m and clevo/sager(confirming that they work)
