Ok,
Not sure what is causing this, but I've done memory RAM stick and Video Card diagnostics, and they checked out fine. Using updated drivers, and every so often when I am in an area with water, my screen flickers black and if I let it sit there I get a BSOD. However, if I catch the flicker quick enough I can CTRL-ALT-DEL and things will normalize. Again, this is the only game it happens on, when theres is water. Not all the time though, but 100% of the time is happens is when there is water.
Not sure where to go on this - help! What kind of information do you guys need from me to resolve this issue? I've looked on Google, but none of the suggestions worked for me.

It would help if you mentioned your computer specifications.

Specs:
Vostro 1500 1.6 GHz C2D Processor
5400 RPM, 8600 M GT GFX
3 GB RAM -
By updated drivers, which driver version would that be?
Also, your processor might be a little too weak for SC2 but I don't think that's the cause of your problems.
3GB RAM is enough really but SC2 currently has memory leak problems so it eats up a ton of RAM with prolonged gameplay (I play it for 4-6 hours and it eats up to 2GB RAM).
8600M GT graphics card is actually one of those well known to be faulty graphics card though so that might be your culprit ._. Have you checked your GPU temps when you're running the game? -
Usually that means that your GPU is being hammered beyond it's capability. It may be a temperature issue... I know I got the same thing happening when I overclocked my 5830 too far. Had to back things off a bit to stabilize it. Only with StarCraft II though, which seems to be the most graphically intense game that I own apparently.

Same problem with Fallout 3 a ways back. Not a temp issue, memory issue, or anything of the like. Was occurring on a 9500m gs and not until a later driver came out did the issue go away. If you google the message you'll get a ton of insight on what to possibly do to combat the problem or a driver that may work better with that card. And don't go for the latest driver number.

ok thanks all for your input

It's an nvidia driver issue. It's happened randomly when playing HoN, which is not beyond the 9800GTS's capacity, but a quick driver update fixed the issue.
Also, when it crashes, does your screen go black for a split second, the go back to the game, but drop to like 10 FPS or does it BSoD immediately?
SC2 "Display Driver has stop responding and has recovered"
