    Morning All

I am in the market for a new laptop after selling my Dell Vostro 1710 and have come accross this laptop - SONY VAIO VPCEC4S0E. I am not very knowlegable about these things and would really like some from you fine people.

Let me start with giving you a brief understanding to what I will be using it for. Firstly I play online games such as star wars galaxies for a time I played eve online and will be playing star wars the old republic when it eventually comes out. I will also be using for work when needed using programs like auto cad programs and other 3d orintated programs. Internet access and general duties.

I want a laptop that i will be able to plug into my 42inch led tv at home and be able to use a wireless mouse and keyboard. essetially to give me a bigger picture, will the grafix card be able to keep the image clear without pixelisation( if thats even a word). I may be asking alot I dont know.

I would really love alienwear but my budget wont strech that far. If there is something else that you can suggest i would be grateful.

    Thank you
    Ryan

with the HD5470 I don't think plugging it to an external full HD monitor and having fluid gaming framerates is an option ... this GPU is just too weak for such a resolution ... the same applies to the AutoCAD & 3D programs

If you are on a tight budget ... Try to look for something with at least AMD HD5650, HD 6550, HD 6630 or Nvidia GT525, GT540, GT550 (NOT the GT520 though) ... these come in quite cheap machines & will give u fluid frames on a full HD resolution for the games you mentioned but don't expect the same in the heavier games like crysis & Witcher 2
