Hi Everyone,
I recently upgraded my CPU from a 430M to an 560M and used HW monitor after a 30 minutes tomb raider gaming session![]()
can you tell me if i'm in the safe zone ?

Yes....those temps look perfectly normal.

Those are great temps. A lot of laptops with dedicated gpus get up to the 80s(reasonable) and 90s(starting to look dangerous).
Your 560M will only shutdown when it reaches 105C(Though running CPUs at 90+C, while still within spec, is not at all recommended), you're far from the danger zone. -
when temps go above 90c or there abouts it will start to downclock but as mentioned the lappy will switch off at 105c
so anything below 89c is ok but keep an eye on them.
clean fans and vents out every 3-6 months with compressed air. dust and pet hair is the biggest culprit for raised temps.
check out the other monitoring software in my sig below. core temps, gpu-z are worth downloading as well. -
thank you everyone for the clear and useful answers
