    Safe audible headphone volume levels?

    Hey guys i was just wondering what audible volume levels are safe to use headphones with (mine are the HD 555).

    Im want to conserve my hearing so i wanted to know which levels would be suitable for computer use.

    If you guys have sources/ charts plz post them


    Move to correct section as i cant find one that suits this question :S

    general rule of thumb, if you think its too loud, it probably is.
    theres not way of using that chart without have a decibal metre attached to your headphones.

    Playing guitar can shape your definition of loud :D
    of course down the road there is going to be a lot of problems.
