    Safe to 'alter' nvidia GPU settings?

    I found this in ntune. This is what the default speeds are at.

    Is it safe to make these speeds higher? And if so, how high do you have yours without a cooling pad? Thanks for any responses. My LAPTOP is in my sig. So i worry about heat :confused:

    Your GPU is already well off, you don't need to raise any of the stock clocks. Give it a year or two before you start toying with overclocking. As it will void your warranty, but is relatively safe if you know what you're doing.
